To Authorize The Department Of Finance And Administration To Transfer Certain Available Funds To The Arpa-mdot Maintenance Project Fund; To Direct The State Fiscal Officer, On Or After September 30, 2026, To Determine The Amount Of Funds That Are Available Or Unexpended Under Certain Programs;
