Resolve, Directing the Department of Public Safety, Office of the State Fire Marshal to Compile a Statewide Inventory of Aqueous Film-forming Foam Concentrate
Authorizes public transit agencies to hire former police officers as transit security marshals having peace officer status, provided they complete trainings and meet medical and physical fitness standards.
Designates all chief fire marshals, assistant chief fire marshals, fire marshal IIs and fire marshal Is employed by the county of Suffolk or a town or village therein as peace officers.
