An Act to Establish a Grant Program to Increase Postsecondary Educational Opportunities for Students with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study and issue a report on home and community-based services provided to individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism and other developmental disabilities with a focus on streamlining the application process and improving service delivery.
Relates to training police officers on how to respond to situations involving individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
