An Act to Establish a Commission to Study the Placement of Individuals Committed by a Court to the Custody of the Department of Health and Human Services and to Update a Cross-reference Regarding Such Placement
A bill for an act relating to the placement of siblings when custody of the siblings has been transferred to the department of health and human services or an agency for placement.
Relating to coordination between teaching hospitals and medical schools regarding student field-based experience placements and to preference in those placements.
Establishes a moratorium on the placement of registered sex offenders by the office for people with developmental disabilities in residential placements for individuals with developmental disabilities; requires the office to study the dangers and effects of such placements and whether there are any other alternatives to such placements and to report to the governor and the legislature on its findings and recommendations.
Relative to children in placement pursuant to an episode of treatment for which the department of health and human services has a financial responsibility.
A bill for an act relating to child placements, including the prioritization of certain persons for child placement and the implementation of the 30 days to family model, and making an appropriation.(See HF 638, HF 1003.)
