Directing the Joint State Government Commission to establish an advisory committee and conduct a comprehensive study regarding the indoor air quality for seniors and children in this Commonwealth.
Requires inspection and evaluation of indoor air quality in public schools, departments of health shall establish and recommend thresholds and rates for environmental conditions.
Provides recommended air quality standards for schools. Further requires the department of education incorporate indoor air quality testing as part of the school building authority needs assessment.
