To Amend The Law Concerning Pharmacy Benefits Managers; And To Regulate Processing And Payment Of Pharmacy Claims.

Prohibits pharmacy benefits managers from operating pharmacy practice sites directly or indirectly.

Prohibits sale of tobacco products and electronic smoking devices at pharmacies and certain businesses with on-site pharmacies.

NPLEx; require manufacturers of certain pseudoephedrine or ephedrine products to pay fees to support the administration of.

Pseudoephedrine; require manufacturers to pay fees to National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators to support NPLE.

Prohibits sale of tobacco products and electronic smoking devices at certain pharmacies.

Regulates Internet pharmacies and electronic prescriptions.
