Prohibits law enforcement officers, including federal agents, from concealing their identity or wearing masks that conceal their identity when performing operations in the state of Missouri
Establishes the "Missouri Free School Meals Program" to reimburse schools for providing free breakfasts and lunches to all students and a tax deduction for persons or entities that donate to a fund that reimburses schools for free school meals
Requires the department of elementary and secondary education to develop a curriculum on Black history and Black literature to be used by school districts
