AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 1; Title 2; Title 3; Title 4; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 10; Title 11; Title 12; Title 13; Title 16; Title 17; Title 29; Title 33; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41; Title 43; Title 47; Title 49; Title 50; Title 52; Title 53; Title 54; Title 55; Title 56; Title 57; Title 58; Title 62; Title 63; Title 64; Title 65; Title 67; Title 68; Title 69; Title 70; Title 71 and Chapter 895 of the Public Acts of 2024, relative to legislative committees of the House of Representatives.
AN ACT to revise and codify the general and public statutes of the State of Tennessee, to the extent incorporated herein, as a part of Tennessee Code Annotated; to provide in case of any conflict between Acts of the regular or any extraordinary 2025 Session of the General Assembly and this Act, the former shall be controlling, regardless of the respective dates of passage or approval; and to repeal all acts or parts of acts codified in this Act.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 28; Title 29; Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 39 and Title 40, Chapter 2, relative to invasion of privacy.
