"New Jersey Disclosure and Accountability Transparency Act (NJ DaTA)"; establishes certain requirements for disclosure and processing of personally identifiable information; establishes Office of Data Protection and Responsible Use in Division of Consumer Affairs.
Prohibits DHS from deeming certain teachers and school employees ineligible for child care subsidies due to number of hours worked when school is not in session for students.
Dedicates 50 percent of revenues collected from additional fees and taxes imposed on real property transfers valued over $1 million to Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
Makes local government business administrators eligible for membership in PERS; provides for transfer from Defined Contribution Retirement Program to PERS.
Requires calculation of national average time needed to approve applications for initial credential in profession or occupation and use of average time as standard in New Jersey.
Prohibits pre-approval or precertification of medical tests, procedures and prescription drugs covered under health benefits or prescription drug benefits plans.
