In child protective services, further providing for disposition and expunction of unfounded reports and general protective services reports and for disposition of founded and indicated reports, repealing provisions relating to expunction of information of perpetrator who was under 18 years of age when child abuse was committed and further providing for amendment or expunction of information and for evidence in court proceedings; and making editorial changes.
Repealing provisions relating to inheritance tax; in procedure and administration, further providing for petition for reassessment; and, in governmental obligations, further providing for taxability of government obligations.
In tax credit and tax benefit administration, further providing for definitions; providing for paid family and medical leave tax credit; and establishing the Family and Medical Leave Tax Credit Program.
Designating September 25, 2025, as "Disabled American Veterans Day" in Pennsylvania in recognition of the men and women who have borne the wounds of war, and the unwavering advocacy and support of the Disabled American Veterans.
