Repealing provisions relating to inheritance tax; in procedure and administration, further providing for petition for reassessment; and, in governmental obligations, further providing for taxability of government obligations.
Recognizing the week of April 12 through 18, 2026, as "National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week" in Pennsylvania in honor of those whose diligence and professionalism keep our communities and residents safe.
Providing for licensing and regulation of shared equity providers and shared equity agreements and for duties of Department of Banking and Securities; and imposing penalties.
Further providing for title of the act, for Pennsylvania Amber Alert System and Missing Endangered Person Advisory System (MEPAS) established and for immunity.
Further providing for employment of minors in student-learner and apprenticeship programs; providing for a review of laws and regulations related to the employment of minors; and abrogating regulations.
