Urging the Congress of the United States to pass H.R. 1947, the Treatment and Relief through Emerging and Accessible Therapy for PTSD Act or similar legislation dealing with stellate ganglion block therapy to veterans and members of the armed forces of the United States with post-traumatic stress disorder, during the 119th United States Congress.
Further providing for title of act, for definitions, for prohibition, for signage, for enforcement, for preemption of local ordinances and for repeal; and making editorial changes.
Providing for restrictions on the sale and application of high-PAH sealants; establishing the Safer Sealant Fund; imposing duties on the Department of Environmental Protection; authorizing certain municipal ordinances; and imposing penalties.
Urging the Congress of the United States to continue its support of Taiwan and recognizing the friendship between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Taiwan.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study and issue a report on the status of the pretrial detention practices and pretrial detainee populations in this Commonwealth.
