Noting with sadness the death of the Honorable Katherine "Katie" True, former eight-term member of the House of Representatives from Lancaster County, who died October 7, 2025.
Establishing the Emergency SNAP Benefits Restricted Account and providing for a transfer to facilitate payment of SNAP benefits to recipients; and imposing duties on the Department of Human Services, the Secretary of the Budget and the State Treasurer.
Condemning any threats of political violence made against elected representatives and reaffirming the duty of uniformed military personnel to comply with the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Further providing for definitions, for respiratory therapists, for perfusionist, for genetic counselor and for prosthetists, orthotists, pedorthists and orthotic fitters; providing for medical imaging professionals, radiation therapists, radiologist assistants and trainees; further providing for licenses and certificates and general qualification; repealing provisions relating to radiologic procedures and education and training required; and making a repeal.
Further providing for title of the act, for Pennsylvania Amber Alert System and Missing Endangered Person Advisory System (MEPAS) established and for immunity.
Urging the Congress of the United States to exercise its constitutional oversight authority to obtain and release all records related to Jeffrey Epstein for the benefit of the public.
In assault, further providing for the offenses of simple assault, of recklessly endangering another person, of terroristic threats, of harassment and of stalking; in kidnapping, further providing for the offenses of unlawful restraint, of false imprisonment and of criminal coercion; in sexual offenses, further providing for the offense of indecent assault; and, in riot, disorderly conduct and related offenses, further providing for the offense of disorderly conduct.
