In certification of teachers, further providing for certificates qualifying persons to teach, for standard employment application, for career and technical instructional certificate and for postbaccalaureate certification; and abrogating regulations.
In child protective services, further providing for persons required to report suspected child abuse and for employees having contact with children, adoptive and foster parents.
In public assistance, providing for abrogation of regulatory requirements for payment for clinic services within physical confines of clinic facilities.
