Establishing family and medical leave benefits, the Paid Family and Medical Leave Account and the Paid Family and Medical Leave Grant Program; conferring powers and imposing duties on the Department of Labor and Industry; and imposing penalties.
Providing for the Same-Day Work and Pay Pilot Program; providing for program and for program operation; imposing duties on the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources; and establishing the Same-Day Work and Pay Account.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to establish an advisory committee and conduct a comprehensive study regarding the effectiveness of the Commonwealth's multidisciplinary approach to infants born affected by substance use or withdrawal symptoms resulting from prenatal drug exposure or a fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, including the success with or barriers to developing plans of safe care as required by Federal and State law.
