Prohibits public institutions of higher education from accepting standardized test scores from entities that require applicants with lifelong or static disabilities to undergo evaluations within the prior two years to receive federally protected accommodations
Establishes the "Missouri Respond, Innovate, Succeed and Empower (RISE) Act" relating to accommodations for students with disabilities at public institutions of higher education
Requires health benefit plans providing for maternity benefits to cover a home blood pressure monitoring device and associated services for pregnant and postpartum women
