Recognizing the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps and honoring the generations of Marines whose service and sacrifice have strengthened the Commonwealth and the Nation.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission, along with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, the Department of Community and Economic Development and the Department of Environmental Protection, to conduct an assessment and develop recommendations with the intention of establishing a comprehensive State energy strategy for this Commonwealth.
Designating October 28, 2025, as "Propane Legislative Day" in Pennsylvania to highlight propane as a fuel source, as well as the industry's important role in assisting the residents of this Commonwealth meet their unique energy needs.
In general provisions relating to operation of vehicles, further providing for obedience to authorized persons directing traffic and providing for drivers in organized motorcycle processions; and, in rules of the road in general, further providing for following too closely.
