Commending and honoring the 2025-2026 Outstanding School Administrators of South Dakota: David Olson, Meade, Middle School Principal; Kendra Becker, Redfield, Secondary School Principal; Richie Hutchinson, Sioux Falls, Assistant Middle School Principal; and Kay Bass, Harrisburg, Assistant Secondary School Principal.
Reduce the sales and use tax rates on food, to increase the rates for certain taxes, use taxes, and excise taxes, and to provide a new fund for school district capital outlay projects.
Authorize the issuance of no-trespass orders by private security officers, require the establishment of buffer zones per written no-trespass orders, and afford municipalities greater authority to regulate trespass.
Create the building opportunity through out-of-school time program and the building opportunity through out-of-school time program fund, authorize a new fee, make an appropriation therefor, and transfer moneys to the building opportunity through out-of-school time program fund.
