Prohibits immigration enforcement in school settings; prohibits all public and charter schools from allowing law enforcement officials inside school property to access a student, except to address an imminent safety situation or if they have an appropriate judicial warrant or judicial order.
Addresses non-covered dental services by requiring all policies providing coverage of and all contracts for dental services issued to include a disclosure stating that a participating provider may charge their normal fee for services that are not covered; requires a cost estimate to be provided.

Establishes the industry targeted unemployment task force for the purpose of concentrating unemployment assistance, job training, and job development assistance during times of high unemployment to individuals who have previously been employed by an industry that is experiencing unemployment rates higher than the statewide average.
Relates to coverage for certain benefits under comprehensive motor vehicle insurance; prohibits assignment of benefits to durable medical equipment providers unless approved.
Restricts insurers from demanding intrusive personal, financial and tax information from insureds as a standard practice in processing ordinary theft claims where no special circumstances warranting a demand for such information exists.
Relates to veterans' eligibility for public housing; expands eligibility requirements to include veterans of the recent conflicts; requires granting of a preference for public housing to veterans or families of veterans who have a military service connected disability.
