SENATE RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING MARCH 8, 2026, AS "INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY" AND THE MONTH OF MARCH AS "WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH" IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND
