Criminal procedure: sentencing guidelines; sentencing guidelines for illicit use of xylazine; provide for. Amends sec. 13m, ch. XVII of 1927 PA 175 (MCL 777.13m).
State: identification cards; citizenship or legal presence requirement for obtaining a state identification card; remove. Amends secs. 1, 1a & 2 of 1972 PA 222 (MCL 28.291 et seq.).
Liquor: licenses; breweries to allow dogs inside at discretion of establishment; allow under certain conditions. Amends sec. 6101 of 2000 PA 92 (MCL 289.6101). TIE BAR WITH: HB 4205'25
