Reduce the sales and use tax rates on food, to increase the rates for certain taxes, use taxes, and excise taxes, and to provide a new fund for school district capital outlay projects.
Authorize the issuance of no-trespass orders by private security officers, require the establishment of buffer zones per written no-trespass orders, and afford municipalities greater authority to regulate trespass.
Recognizing the importance of conservation and restoration practices in addressing water shortages and forest fire mitigation in the Black Hills, and commending the organizations engaged in this work.
