Prohibits the use of most artificial intelligence in classrooms prior to high school except for AI used for diagnostic purposes or explicit instruction interventions for students with disabilities.
Requires that procedures for placements on, and removals from, the list of persons self-excluded from gambling includes procedures that allow a person to submit requests electronically; requires such procedures to ensure parity between electronic and non-electronic requests with respect to record retention and transmission of requests to licensed gaming facilities and mobile sports wagering platforms.
Prohibits the sale of products that contain 7-hydroxymitragynine at a level that exceeds 2% of total alkaloids or one milligram per serving; establishes fines for the sale of such products.
Establishes an optional twenty-five year retirement plan for certain public safety dispatchers, public safety telecommunicators, 911 operators, communications officers, police communication technicians, emergency services operators and emergency services dispatchers employed by the state, or a county or municipal emergency services department.

Extends provisions of law relating to providing local governments greater contract flexibility and cost savings by permitting certain shared purchasing among political subdivisions from June 30, 2026 until June 30, 2027.
