SENATE RESOLUTION HONORING THE LIVES OF RHONDA DORGAN, AIDAN DORGAN AND GERALD DORGAN, COMMENDING THE HEROISM OF FIRST RESPONDERS AND CITIZENS, AND EXPRESSING THE DEEPEST SYMPATHY OF THE RHODE ISLAND SENATE FOLLOWING THE TRAGIC EVENTS AT THE DENNIS M. LYNCH ARENA IN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET
Requires the secretary of the executive office of health and human services to monitor and mandate changes to the price-setting practices of pharmacy benefit managers to prohibit the spread pricing payment model.
Requires a healthcare entity to submit written notice to the attorney general and the department of health of any material change transaction at least 180 days prior to that transaction.
Prohibits bail bond agents and bail bond recovery agents from engaging in civil immigration enforcement, define such conduct as unprofessional, and subject violators to professional discipline under Rhode Island law.
Limits copays, coinsurance or office deductibles for services of a physical therapist to the amount authorized for the services of a primary care physician or osteopath on or after January 1, 2027.
Recognizes the Seaconke Wampanoag tribe as a Native American Indian tribe for the limited purpose of assisting this tribe in establishing eligibility for federal benefits and privileges.
