Memorializing Governor Kathy Hochul to proclaim May 6, 2025, as Severe Asthma Day in the State of New York, in conjunction with the observance of World Asthma Day
Prohibits the commissioner from promulgating any rules or regulations which prevent schools from disallowing biologically male students at birth to participate on a team organized for females where a school determines such biological male student's participation would have an adverse effect on the physical or emotional safety of female participants, or would adversely impact a female student's ability to participate successfully in interschool athletic competition.
Expands the offense of unlawfully dealing with a child in the second degree to include allowing a child less than eighteen years old to enter or remain in an establishment that serves alcohol and does not have an on-site kitchen.
Provides that a person convicted of murder in the first or second degree, or aggravated murder, in the death of a minor shall be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole.
Prohibits advertisements on television and radio of cannabis and cannabis products subject to a $5000 fine and license or registration revocation after notice and an opportunity to be heard.
