Prohibits provisions in any waiver, settlement, agreement or other resolution of any claim where the foundation for which is an alleged violation of the labor law or article fifteen of the executive law, that prevent the disclosure of the employee's workplace experience with the employer.
Alters the definition of "drug" in the vehicle and traffic law to include any substance or combination of substances that impair, to any extent, physical or mental abilities; defines impairment and intoxication; provides that refusal to submit to a breath test and/or oral/bodily fluid test shall be a traffic infraction; makes related provisions.

Prohibits an airport operator or aviation retail establishment from selling, distributing, or otherwise making available leaded aviation gasoline to consumers on or after January first, two thousand thirty-one.
Requires the office of temporary and disability assistance to make available skimming warning signs in English and in the twelve languages most commonly spoken by limited English proficient individuals in the state; requires the department of social services to make available information regarding the state food stamp outreach program in English and in the twelve languages most commonly spoken by limited English proficient individuals in the state.
Relates to the regional cost index for purposes of the calculation of total foundation aid; updates the regional cost index to better reflect the differences in cost of living across the state.
