"Gary Letizia Pre-Hospital Blood Transfusion Act"; authorizes advanced life support providers, under medical oversight, to administer blood products to patients in pre-hospital settings, and establishes certain reimbursement for such providers.
Requires New Jersey licensure of physicians, dentists, and other health professionals serving as expert witnesses in malpractice cases; requires dentists serving as expert witnesses to comply with certain requirements for expert testimony.
Requires enhanced reporting by independent expenditure committees; extends statute of limitations for campaign finance violations; exempts reports filed with Election Law Enforcement Commission from certain document redaction requirements.
Permits application for PERS accidental disability benefit for injury sustained after January 2003 while employed at State psychiatric institution or correctional facility immediately prior to PERS membership.
