This resolution requests that the President provide (and directs the Department of the Treasury to provide) to the House of Representatives all communication related toaccess to or use of the Treasury payment system by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Elon Musk, or any member of his team;access to or use of confidential tax returns or tax return information by DOGE, Elon Musk, or a member of his team; andany screenshots taken of the data or records in the Treasury payment system by DOGE, Elon Musk, or a member of his team.
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States providing that the rights protected and extended by the Constitution are the rights of natural persons only.
Expressing support for the designation of February 15 through February 22, 2025, as "National FFA Week", recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 90th anniversary of New Farmers of America and the 75th anniversary of the Federal charter to Future Farmers of America.
