Recognizing March 17, 2026, as "St. Patrick's Day" in Pennsylvania and celebrating the role Irish Americans played in the founding of the United States of America.
Recognizing "Black History Month" in Pennsylvania by commemorating the recently passed 50th anniversary of the closure of Freedom House Ambulance Service.
Further providing for judicial salaries, for compensation of Governor and Lieutenant Governor, State Treasurer, Auditor General, Attorney General, Commissioners of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and heads of departments and for members of the General Assembly.
In school safety and security, further providing for School Safety and Security Grant Program; and, in terms and courses of study, providing for secondary school start times.
