Labor: collective bargaining; public employer ceasing or subcontracting its operations; prohibit if done less than 1 year after its employees elect a bargaining representative. Amends sec. 10 of 1947 PA 336 (MCL 423.210).
Elections: election officials; procedure to remove certain electors listed on the qualified voter file who have not recently voted; provide for. Amends sec. 509aa of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.509aa).
A resolution to affirm the constitutional right of the people of Michigan to propose amendments to the Michigan Constitution and to approve or reject those amendments, including constitutional amendments that impact federal elections, such as Proposal 3 of 2018 and Proposal 2 of 2022.

Labor: fair employment practices; employer monitoring of employee communications; prohibit unless the employer establishes an employee monitoring policy and discloses that policy to employees. Creates new act.
Labor: collective bargaining; status as permanent replacement employee; prohibit employees from offering or granting to certain individuals who work for the employer during a labor dispute. Amends sec. 16 of 1939 PA 176 (MCL 423.16).
