Recognizing May 7, 2025, as "Philadelphia Eagles Day at the Capitol" in Pennsylvania and honoring the 2024 Philadelphia Eagles as the Super Bowl LIX Champions.
Providing for Public Transportation Trust Fund transfers and increases; establishing the Road and Bridge Project Fund and the Road and Bridge Project Sinking Fund; authorizing the Commonwealth Financing Authority to issue bonds for road and bridge projects; providing for allocation adjustment; establishing the Transportation Funding Advisory Commission; and imposing duties on the Department of Transportation.
Providing for the regulation and treatment of cannabis, for exemption from criminal or civil penalties, for effect on cannabis convictions and expungements and for membership and duties of the Liquor Control Board; establishing Pennsylvania Cannabis Stores; providing for social and economic equity, for license, permit or other authorization, for packaging, labeling, advertising and testing, for recordkeeping and inspection, for prohibitions and penalties and for tax and tax administration; establishing the Cannabis Revenue Fund, the Communities Reimagined and Reinvestment Restricted Account and the Substance Use Disorder Prevention, Treatment and Education Restricted Account; providing for the issuance of bonds; imposing duties on the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Revenue; and making repeals.
In certification of teachers, further providing for certificates qualifying persons to teach, for standard employment application, for career and technical instructional certificate and for postbaccalaureate certification; and abrogating regulations.
In children and youth, further providing for availability of services, providing for purposes and further providing for statistics and assistance for research.
