"Ending the Criminal Revolving Door Act"; restricts pretrial release of certain defendants; sets conditions for pretrial release of certain first-time offenders; requires revocation of pretrial release under certain circumstances.
Provides for early termination of terms of office for certain appointed municipal court positions when two or more municipalities enter into agreements to establish joint or shared municipal courts.
Prohibits elected local government officers from accepting employment with law firm for a period of time if officer voted to award local government contract to firm.
