Establishes timelines for review and approval by Commissioner of Education of annual certified audits submitted by approved private schools for students with disabilities.
Exempts disabled veterans and Purple Heart recipients from payment of municipal parking meter fees when vehicle bears veteran's or recipient's special license plate or placard issued by MVC.
Establishes requirements for preparation and final passage of annual appropriations act; incorporates multi-year revenue and expenditure projections for informational purposes.
Allows Chief Administrator of MVC to enter into cooperative arrangements with foreign countries for reciprocal recognition of certain motor vehicle driver licenses.
