HOUSE RESOLUTION HONORING THRIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, INC. ON THE OCCASION OF ITS 50TH ANNIVERSARY AND RECOGNIZING ITS ENDURING IMPACT ON THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF RHODE ISLANDERS
Expands the deinstitutionalization subsidy aid program in the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals to include adoptive parent(s) or siblings(s).
Requires renovation projects of pre-1978 buildings to comply with provisions of chapter 24.6 of title 23 and chapter 21 of title 28, and requires presence of lead inspector and supervisor and requires lead training. DLT ensures compliance.
