Provides that school district may not prohibit active or retired law enforcement officer or registered security officer from carrying firearm in performance of school security duties if authorized under State law to carry.
Requires DEP to evaluate extending sewer service in Lake Hopatcong region; allows gross income tax deduction for septic system maintenance under certain circumstances.
Requires school districts to allow students receiving equivalent instruction elsewhere than at school to participate in school-sponsored extracurricular activities in student's resident district.
