Designating the bridge, identified as Bridge Key 5662, carrying Pennsylvania Route 866 over the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River in Catharine Township, Blair County, as the Sergeant Edward Vernon McChessney Memorial Bridge.
Repealing provisions relating to inheritance tax; in procedure and administration, further providing for petition for reassessment; and, in governmental obligations, further providing for taxability of government obligations.
Further providing for definitions, for training and license required and exceptions and for physical therapist assistant, education and examination, scope of duties and certification.
Urging the Department of State to comply with the lawful requests for information from the United States Department of Justice and immediately fulfill its obligations to adequately steward the election system of this Commonwealth by fully cooperating with Federal authorities in their efforts to prevent and investigate the registration of noncitizens to vote.
