Establishing the Future Voter Program; providing for prevoter registration of eligible high school students; and imposing powers and duties on the Secretary of Education, the Secretary of the Commonwealth and county commissions.
Recognizing the week of May 11 through 17, 2025, as "National Police Week" and recognizing May 15, 2025, as "Peace Officers Memorial Day" in Pennsylvania.
Further providing for legislative finding and declaration of policy and for definitions; and providing for wild native terrestrial invertebrate management.
Amending the act of August 5, 1977 (P.L.181, No.47), entitled "An act providing for the acceptance by the Governor of jurisdiction relinquished by the United States to the Commonwealth over lands within the Commonwealth's boundaries," further providing for general provisions and for procedure relating to concurrent jurisdiction over military installations.
Authorizing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to join the Interstate Compact; providing for the form of the compact; and imposing additional powers and duties on the Governor, the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Compact.
