Establishes the offense of obstructing a police officer or peace officer as intentionally interfering with, inhibiting, or attempting to interfere or inhibit a police officer or peace officer from performing their lawful duties.
Includes wearing, carrying, or displaying an emblem, insignia, logo or other symbol of a designated foreign terrorist organization in a public place in a manner reasonably understood to be a threat or act of intimidation directed at a person or group of people as aggravated harassment in the first degree.
Designates the crime of disruption or disturbance of a religious service, funeral, burial or memorial service as disruption or disturbance of a religious service, funeral, burial or memorial service in the second degree and adds the crime of disruption or disturbance of a religious service, funeral, burial or memorial service in the first degree as a class E felony.
Prohibits adult-use cannabis dispensaries from being located within one thousand feet from the property boundary of a public school, public park, or beach.
