A Concurrent Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission to establish a bipartisan task force to study any consolidated or unconsolidated State statutes in the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, Judicial Code, Sentencing Code or elsewhere under which a term of imprisonment and other collateral consequences may be imposed in order to identify redundant, overlapping and inconsistent offenses, improper grading and gaps in criminal liability, out-of-date, antiquated, offensive or unenforceable language and to make recommendations to the General Assembly.
Establishing the Landslide and Sinkhole Insurance Program and the Landslide and Sinkhole Insurance Fund; establishing and providing for the powers and duties of the Landslide and Sinkhole Insurance Board; providing for duties of the Auditor General; imposing a penalty; and making transfers.
Further providing for definitions and for postpartum coverage standards; providing for provisions relating to involuntary discharge; and imposing duties on the Department of Human Services.
Providing for licensure of family members to provide skilled care to designated children, for applications for licensure, for qualifications for licensure, for employment and compensation of licensed family members, for limitations and supervision of licensed family members, for notice to parents of recipients and for authorization of covered skilled care.
Prohibiting the penalization of employees for nonparticipation in religious or political matters; providing for notice requirements; establishing the Captive Audience Meeting Enforcement Fund; and imposing penalties.
Establishing requirements for hospital-based financial assistance; providing for hospital-based financial assistance forms, for information about hospital-based financial assistance programs and for reporting of hospital-based financial assistance policies; and imposing duties on the Department of Health.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study of how Home and Community-Based Services waivers can be improved to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities, including programs administered by the Office of Long-Term Living and Office of Developmental Programs.
In intermediate units, repealing provisions relating to psychological services; in professional employees, further providing for definitions and providing for school social workers; and, in school health services, further providing for health services and providing for school counselors, school psychologists, school social workers and school nurses.
