Recognizing the month of January 2026 as "Law Enforcement Professionals Appreciation Month" in Pennsylvania, honoring and supporting law enforcement professionals of all levels of government who serve and protect this Commonwealth.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing a senior military college at the soon-to-close Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, and to report its findings to the General Assembly.
Further providing for title of the act, for Pennsylvania Amber Alert System and Missing Endangered Person Advisory System (MEPAS) established and for immunity.
Urging the Department of Human Services to immediately transmit the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program enrollment data as required by the United States Department of Agriculture.
