Directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a study that examines the effects of the racial wealth disparity on Black residents in this Commonwealth and provide policy recommendations on how to best reduce or eliminate the racial wealth disparity in this Commonwealth.
Providing for the regulation of commercial data centers; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, the Department of Human Services and the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority; establishing the Data Center Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Enhancement Account and the Pennsylvania Energy Independence Account; providing for clean firm energy requirements, contract filing, commission review, disclosure requirements, backup generation standards, curtailment standards and certification and expedited interconnection for commercial data centers bringing incremental clean firm energy resources; and imposing penalties.
Ensuring greater access to sickle cell disease treatments and designating the Department of Health to conduct a comprehensive and coordinated data collection effort to better understand and quantify the scope and impact of sickle cell disease on patients, communities and states throughout the United States.
In casualty insurance, providing for coverage for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy; and establishing the Children's Therapies Medical Assistance Savings Account.
