Providing for community solar facilities; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, electric distribution companies and subscriber organizations; and providing for prevailing wage and labor requirements and for ratepayer protections.

Providing for reporting requirements for qualifying crypto-asset mining operations and for an impact study; and imposing duties on the Department of Environmental Protection.
In municipal authorities, providing for customer notice of atypical water usage; and, in rates and distribution systems, providing for customer notice of atypical water usage.
