Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing a senior military college at the soon-to-close Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, and to report its findings to the General Assembly.
In registration of vehicles, further providing for vehicles exempt from registration; in fees, further providing for farm vehicles; and, in inspection of vehicles, further providing for requirement for periodic inspection of vehicles and for operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection.
In sexual offenses, repealing provisions relating to the offense of sexual intercourse with animal; and, in riot, disorderly conduct and related offenses, further providing for definitions and for the offense of aggravated cruelty to animal, providing for the offense of sexual crimes against animals and further providing for exemption of normal agricultural operations.
In licenses and regulations and liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for sales by liquor licensees and restrictions, providing for event permits and further providing for unlawful acts relative to malt or brewed beverages and licensees.
Further providing for employment of minors in student-learner and apprenticeship programs; providing for a review of laws and regulations related to the employment of minors; and abrogating regulations.
