Memorializing Governor Kathy Hochul to proclaim June 2025, as Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month, and June 27, 2025, as Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Day in the State of New York
Directs the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic preservation, in conjunction with the department of economic development, to conduct a feasibility study and report on the potential reestablishment of the empire state games.
Prohibits the diminution of health insurance benefits of public employee retirees and their dependents or reducing the employer's contributions for such insurance; defines employers to include the state, municipalities, school districts, and public authorities and commissions.
