In Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, repealing provisions relating to advisory councils for veterans' homes; in the Adjutant General, further providing for general powers and duties of Adjutant General; in State Veterans' Commission and Deputy Adjutant General for Veterans' Affairs, repealing provisions relating to veterans' home hall of fame; and providing for State veterans' homes and establishing the State Veterans' Home Board.
Providing for Legionnaires' disease risk management; establishing the Legionnaires' Disease Awareness Fund; and imposing duties on the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Health.
Providing for certification of community paramedicine providers, for community paramedicine service coverage by casualty insurance carriers and for medical assistance reimbursement.
In school health services, further providing for automatic external defibrillators, providing for automated external defibrillators and training, further providing for sudden cardiac arrest and electrocardiogram testing and providing for electrocardiogram testing for interscholastic athletics; and, in terms and courses of study, further providing for cardiopulmonary resuscitation education.
