Further providing for legislative intent, for definitions, for license required, for State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors, for powers and functions of board, for qualifications for license, for procedures for licensing, for exemption from licensure examination, for reciprocity, for endorsement of out-of-State licenses and for reinstatement of license; providing for restriction on use of title "licensed professional art therapist" and related titles; and further providing for penalties, for license renewal, records and fees and for unlawful practice.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing a registry for those who abuse individuals considered to be vulnerable populations.
Establishing an All Payor Claims Database; imposing duties on the Health Care Cost Containment Council; imposing penalties; and making an appropriation.
Providing for disclosure of cremation services for deceased animals, for distribution and certification, for required notices, for holding facility standards, for recordkeeping requirements and for enforcement; and imposing penalties.
Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study and issue a report on workplace policies related to perimenopause and menopause offered by public and private employers.
