Authorizes a plaintiff commencing an action alleging conduct constituting a sexual offense or a civil offense involving the transmission of the human immunodeficiency virus shall have the right to proceed anonymously.
Relates to the performance of medical services by physician assistants; provides that a physician assistant may practice without the supervision of a physician when such physician assistant is employed by a health system or hospital and is credentialed and given privileges by such health system or hospital, or when such physician assistant is licensed, has practiced for more than six thousand hours, is practicing in primary care, and is performing certain functions.
Relates to requirements regarding employers including opioid antagonists where first aid kits are required by federal law; amends the effectiveness thereof.
Authorizes the performance of certain dental hygiene services at voluntary foster care agency health facilities by a registered hygienist operating pursuant to a collaborative agreement between such hygienist and a dentist.
Prohibits local, state and federal law enforcement officers from wearing any mask or personal disguise while interacting with the public in the performance of their duties; excludes certain protective masks.
Directs the commissioner of health shall promulgate regulations allowing for any electronic health records integration vendor to obtain state approval to facilitate interoperability between the prescription monitoring program registry and certified electronic health records systems that can connect with any national data sharing hub.
Provides that no state or local correctional facility shall deny entry to a person visiting such facility due to the fact that such person is menstruating or has a contraceptive device or appears on body scan imaging or alternative methods to have or be using a menstrual product or contraceptive device.
Relates to the redistricting of congressional and state legislative districts and to redistricting in the event that another state has acted to determine the district lines for congressional offices more than once in less than ten years.
