In diverse and disadvantaged businesses, further providing for definitions and for woman-owned business, minority-owned business or veteran-owned business and establishing the HUB Zone Business Procurement Program.
In firearms and other dangerous articles, providing for assault weapons and large capacity magazines and establishing the Firearms and Ammunition Buyback Program and the Pennsylvania State Police Buyback Fund; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania State Police; and imposing penalties.
Providing for resident associations and group meetings; further providing for disclosure of fees; providing for reasonable increases in rent and fees, for justified rent increase to support extraordinary increases in operating expenses and for temporary surcharge for capital improvements; and further providing for damages.
