Deactivates certain committees, councils, panels, and task forces of advisory or temporary nature if entity does not meet or have quorum at least once every year.
Requires school districts to maintain supply of nasal rescue medication and oxygen for seizure emergencies; provides for training of designees to administer nasal rescue medication and oxygen when school nurse is not physically present.
Requires consideration of student transportation needs in individualized education program and inclusion of certain transportation personnel on individualized education program team.
"Gary Letizia Pre-Hospital Blood Transfusion Act"; authorizes advanced life support providers, under medical oversight, to administer blood products to patients in pre-hospital settings, and establishes certain reimbursement for such providers.
