Requires drug manufacturers to sell specified drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; requires drug manufacturers to pay rebates to state; requires pharmacy benefits managers participating in Medicaid program to pay Medicaid pharmacies for specified drugs at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; requires drug wholesalers & distributors to sell specified drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; prohibits drug wholesalers & distributors from changing current pricing models & programs by engaging in certain acts; limits sales by Medicaid pharmacies of specified drugs at 340 Drug Pricing Program discounted prices to specified Medicaid recipients.

Provides for appropriation to compensate Estate of Peniel Janvier for damages sustained as result of negligence of City of Miami Beach; provides limitation on payment of compensation & attorney fees.

Provides for appropriation to compensate Jacob Rodgers for injuries sustained as result of negligence of employee of City of Gainesville; provides limitation on compensation & payment of attorney fees.

Provides for relief of J.R. & Darline Angervil, individually & as parent & natural guardian of J.R., for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides appropriation to compensate Darline Angervil, individually & as parent & natural guardian of J.R., for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides limitation on compensation & payment of attorney fees.

Provides for appropriation to compensate Eric Miles, Jr., & Jennifer Miles for injuries & damages sustained by their son as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides limitation on compensation & payment of attorney fees.

Provides appropriation to compensate Maury Hernandez for injuries & damages sustained as consequence of DOC failures to enforce probation laws, regulations, & policies; provides legislative intent that certain liens be waived; provides limitation on payment of compensation & attorney fees.

Provides appropriation to Stephany Grullon, as parent & guardian of J.N., to compensate J.N. for injuries & damages she sustained as result of negligence of Hillsborough County in maintaining sidewalks & culvert systems; provides limitation on compensation & payment of certain fees & costs.

Adds as an aggravating factor that capital felony was committed against head of state, or in an attempt to commit such crime capital felony was committed against another individual.

Provides freshwater fishing vessel licensure fees.

Requires DMS under state group health insurance plan policies to provide coverage of medically necessary expenses relating to standard fertility preservation services; prohibits state group health insurance plans from requiring preauthorization for such services; authorizes maximum benefit provisions & cost-sharing requirements.

Establishes Florida Museum of Black History Board of Directors; provides for membership of board; requires that appointments to board be made by specified date; prohibits specified members of board from holding state or local elective office while serving on board; provides for filling of vacancies; requires that board work jointly with Foundation for Museum of Black History, Inc.; requires St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to provide administrative support & staffing to board until specified actions are completed.

Provides enhanced criminal penalties for installation, placement, or use of tracking devices or tracking applications to commit or facilitate commission of dangerous crimes.
